These zesty lemon cupcakes with lemon curd filling and lemon and lime frosting look fresh and delicious. Their title sounds complicated, I know, but they are totally gorgeous. Yes, they’ve been made for work, BUT, I’ve kept two – squirreled them away – ready for tomorrow. The scent of lemons wafting through the house whilst cooking Thai Tom Yum soup was heavenly… I may even share the recipe. 😉
