Goats Cheese Balls…

I don’t really like goat’s cheese very much but these looked so pretty in Lorraine Pascale’s book ‘Home Cooking Made Easy’ – http://www.lorrainepascale.com/ that I decided to make them for our Christmas Eve buffet.  I used a 350g packet of cheese, rolled into bite-sized balls.  They are then dipped into a honey/water mixture and rolled in a variety of coatings.  Here we used paprika, toasted sesame seeds, mustard seeds and chopped chives.   We also made the loaf in the picture behind…again, from Lorraine Pascale’s book.  Delicious!

    Love this, have made them for too many family gathering and actually just making some slightly different combinations today – including a 5 spice soy sauce combination! Delicious!

    I do mine with chopped chillis or chilli flakes, and also with chocolate 😉
