I don’t really like goat’s cheese very much but these looked so pretty in Lorraine Pascale’s book ‘Home Cooking Made Easy’ – http://www.lorrainepascale.com/ that I decided to make them for our Christmas Eve buffet. I used a 350g packet of cheese, rolled into bite-sized balls. They are then dipped into a honey/water mixture and rolled in a variety of coatings. Here we used paprika, toasted sesame seeds, mustard seeds and chopped chives. We also made the loaf in the picture behind…again, from Lorraine Pascale’s book. Delicious!
